Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply to purchases of The Hidden Life of Your Garden through the Nora Collins store.

Your purchase

You receive the English-language ebook in two formats: a 37-page PDF and a reflowable EPUB, both containing 16 chapters. EPUB page counts vary with device and text settings. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. No printed book, separate workbook, or personal consultation is included. The price and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout in US dollars.

Delivery and access

Enter a valid email address at checkout. After successful payment, a download link is sent by Shopify Digital Products. Use a PDF-compatible application for the PDF, or an EPUB-compatible application or eReader such as Apple Books or Kobo for the EPUB. See our Digital Delivery policy for details and download support.

Personal use

Your purchase allows you to download, save, and print a copy for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or commercially reproduce the ebook without written permission. Rights granted by applicable law are not restricted.

Educational content

The ebook explains garden wildlife using primarily United States examples. Species, local conditions, seasonal timing, and regulations vary. Check local guidance before choosing plants, handling wildlife, or changing habitat. The book does not promise a particular wildlife or gardening result.

Refunds and consumer rights

We offer a voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee. Email noracollinsyt@outlook.com within seven days of purchase with your order number or purchase email address. Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
